Overview

Yoga has been a part of my life in some form for twelve years.  I started using it in my early twenties as a way to manage chronic headaches and stress.  Now I'm passionate about the physical and mental benefits that a regular yoga practice can bring.  I completed my 200hr YTT in 2018 at Sunshine Yoga in Edinburgh.  My practice encompasses all styles of yoga with the belief that the body needs different things at different times.  However, I prefer to emphasise stronger Vinyasa flows.  Yoga is a wonderful tool to help combat the detrimental effects of our modern life whether that is sitting at a desk all day or the general busyness that keeps us from being fully present.  My classes seek to create balance in the body and in daily life.
