As well as teaching yoga in various London & Bexley health clubs, and in secondary schools, Nicola runs her own community-based yoga classes in the Bexley, Kent area.
For those that prefer Personal Yoga sessions, Nicola can teach up to 3 people, in clients' own homes, in the Bexley, Kent area.
Nicola is qualified to teach Ashtanga ("Power") & Hatha Yoga, following Iyengar alignment, which keeps backs & joints safe. Nicola delivers a dynamic style of yoga, balanced with pranayama (breath work), meditation & relaxation.
Yoga qualifications include:
HYV Yoga Teacher Training - 200hrs (in India), Calm for Kids Teenage Yoga Teacher.
