In 2009, He took the 260 hours Advance Practice Course with Adrian Cox, founder of Yoga Element Studio Bangkok and In 2010, a 200 hour Astanga-Vinyasa Teacher Training with the World famous Larry Schultz founder of the Rocket series and It’s Yoga.

Ace Pittapan was born in Thailand. He first started practicing yoga in the middle of 2004. Yoga was introduced to him by a friend as a most suitable remedy to cure his insomia. After months of practicing regularly, he realised that his insomnia had stopped.

Ace has practised yoga with different teachers, including different styles of yoga, meditation, including Pilates and Thai massage. Ace has combined this knowledge and designed a flow movement sessions that maximise the benefits of Hatha-Vinyasa yoga. He moved to Farnborough, and provides yoga class in Farnborough, Hampshire, UK since 2011.

“I walked into the first class without any idea of how it would be. The postures seemed like torture, and it was not the love at the first sight. It was struggle. They left me in pain and feeling stiff the next morning. However, as the teacher had said, “come back again tomorrow and repeat your pain”, I was curious, so I returned. It was amazing. Fifteen minutes after the second class began, I felt great, away from the old pain. I have learnt not to try too hard and practice made me feel good instead of sore. It was nice after all and I realized that my three years of suffering insomnia had been healed, without my notice and without any medication. Yoga helped me, without any doctors, just me moving my body with breath and awareness. It must be something more than just an exercise in Yoga. The journal is worth.”

His instruction of yoga was influenced by several teachers he had been studying with. Besides of several yoga certifications, Ace also holds some certification of pilates, including therapeutic for correcting some postural faults in which he often mixes that extra knowledge into his yoga teaching. His aim of assisting is to take students deeper in the asana, correct postural misalignments, and encourage exploration and greater movement.

I’ve attended Ace’s classes for a couple of years, and through his teaching have developed my technique and my confidence has grown. Ace is brilliant at breaking down the moves, making it easy for all levels to participate with options for starters and also for the more experienced. During lockdown Ace has taught via zoom which has been invaluable to me, and has also allowed me to introduce my Mum to Ace’s chair yoga which she enjoys. The atmosphere in class is friendly and relaxed with individuals focusing on their own practice and what is right for them that day. Ace is an excellent teacher for people of all levels!

I started yoga with Ace several years ago after always wanting to try yoga and I am so glad I did. Starting as a complete beginner, Ace made me feel completely comfortable attending his sessions and with his guidance on posture and alignment I feel confident that I am doing the poses correctly and I have really noticed a big improvement in my overall strength, posture and flexibility, as well as it having a general calming effect on me. I really recommend Ace’s classes to anyone wanting to practice yoga.

Ace's yoga classes are fantastic - they are accessible for beginners but also have plenty of challenging poses for more advanced students. I have been practising yoga with ace for a few years now and really enjoy his teaching style. I always feel great after every class, whether that's online or in person. If you're looking to start or develop your yoga skills I would 100% recommend coming to Ace.

I have been attending classes with Ace both online and before Covid in person for a few years now. Ace is a great teacher and has a peaceful and calm approach. He gives good advice on posture and correct alignments for yoga positions. He will give alternatives if you have an injury you are working around. His classes are always very popular and I would recommend anyone to try one.
