I am delighted that I have had the opportunity to own a beautiful studio since October 2015. Since 2010 I have completed two Hatha yoga training programmes, experienced living in an Yasodhara Ashram in Canada, studied Elemental Yoga Therapy, Yoga for the Special Child and most recently completed Pregnancy Yoga training. This has enabled me to truly teach from my personal experiences. My aim now is to make the studio available to everybody. I have been growing a variety of yoga styles by recruiting a mixed team with different trainings and backgrounds.
