I started practicing yoga regularly when I moved to London in the 1990’s and have been teaching for 13 years.

I am a Yoga Alliance UK Senior Yoga Teacher, having originally completed my 200hr Teacher Training with Simon Low’s Yoga Academy back in 2010.

I teach weekly classes in Hot Yoga, Bikram Yoga and Yin Yoga, mainly at Surrey Yoga and Pilates studio in Bramley (Surrey) and also at Ebb and Flow, Farnham (Surrey).  I regularly teach workshops for students and teachers, while also working with private and corporate clients.

When I first started practicing yoga it was to help with the stresses of work at the time. Now nearly 30 years later my practice, teaching and learning continues to evolve with my life and my students.
