I qualified a year ago as an Ashtanga yoga teacher with Clarity Yoga in St Albans with Melanie Ashley. I teach now teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and power Yoga.

I have been practicing yoga myself for at least 15 years.

My degree was in marine biology and after some years of travel and research expeditions I trained to be a science teacher. I then taught as a primary school teacher but stopped to have a family and focus on raising 3 children.

Now they are all at school I have completed a number of courses in counselling, pilates, personal training and yoga teaching. Yoga is my passion so I focussed on completing my training in that field and now mainly teach yoga in my free time.

My passion is travel, other cultures, primitive lifestyles and the environment. I have travelled extensively and even took our young family to India, Borneo, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam as well as numerous other destinations.
