Having practiced yoga since age 18 I finally found the right teacher 7 years ago in Tim Steel.  My practiced has change and grown exponentially ever since and in 2021 he encouraged me to take my 200hr Teacher Training to consolidate everything I had learned. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their body and mind through yoga and enjoy seeing the progress that students makes. My classes are energetic but with a focus on getting the fundamentals of physical practice well established. 

More recently I have started Chair Yoga classes & Gentle Yoga Classes after seeing a need in the community and most recently I have completed my Pre&Post natal teacher training with Sally Parkes Yoga.
