Susan in short is a great teacher. Her routines are well crafted – from the music mixes to the choice in asanas – making them a delight to participate in. She reads the room and caters the difficulty of her routines to the class. When moves become difficult, guidance or a variation on the asana is offered depending upon the ability of the partakers. She keeps you infused with the class and lightens the suffering with her unique sense of humour. One of the highlights for me is that Susan pushes you beyond your perceived limit, so after each class you feel a sense of satisfaction as you have progressed in your ability.
