I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga since 2012 and teaching since 2014. I look at my yoga practice as a moving meditation where the focus is divided equally between breath, posture and mindfull awareness and I like to encourage people to view their yoga in a similar fashion. I run a mixture of daytime and evening classes at The Lodge at Hemingford Grey House and teach mornings at Camyoga in Cambridge.
