Mum of 2 on a journey to empower students through the use of yoga, gigong, meditation & mindfulness. I run weekly flow, yin yoga and qigong classes, as well as workshops and retreats both in the UK and Europe. I have completed the following trainings; 200 hours level 1, almost 200 hours yin yoga (including Myo-yin yoga), meditation, therapeutic yoga, many qigong trainings as well as reiki level 1 and 2.
