I have been practising yoga for over a decade. The combination of the breath with movement always calms me, gradually improving and adapting my own practice led me to pursue teacher training last year, which was a fulfilling surprising and enlightening journey, I am teaching hatha yoga to a range of abilities in the village of Heslington, York.
