The Secret Studio is a warm, friendly and inviting studio in Horsell (Surrey) offering small hatha classes as a form of exercise.  The studio currently has 2 teachers (Sarah and Brooke) offering daytime and evening classes for up to 6 like-minded individuals.

• Newbies (beginners) – teaching the poses in detail 
• Toasties (hot) – hot and sweaty!
• Quickies – 45 minute lunchtime classes 

One-to-one sessions, or classes organised by you for a small group of your friends are also available - please contact me for further information.

Yoga is not about how it looks, but how it feels.  Can't reach your toes or straighten your legs in Downward Dog?  Please don't let that put you off.  A small class environment will give you the time and space you need to find the pose that works for you, and it's just around the corner!
