Overview

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and have been fortunate to have spent over 10 years practising and being guided by Gabriela Maass with whom I have recently completed my teacher training. 

 I love the outdoors and over the years have spent much of my free time running or walking in the hills both near my home in Cumbria and worldwide. I also love cycling and sea kayaking.

I believe that the trans-formative and beneficial health benefits of yoga are for everyone to enjoy.
