Having practised yoga over a number of years with some wonderful teachers,
I started my teacher training journey in 2018 with 200Hrs training with Linda Gregg, Sky Blue Yoga.
Since then I have completed:
100 hours of Yin with Grace Tempany
100 hours Level 2 Advanced training with John Bell, Santosha, Derry
40 hours Yoga for the Stages of Menopause with Niamh Daly, Yinstinct Yoga
I currently teach Hatha and Yin classes from Killinchy Community Hall, but also offer one to one and a private group classes.
I love the variety yoga has to offer, from Sun Salutations to Yin to Restorative, and everything else in between.
