Hi!
I qualified as a Hatha Yoga teacher in December 2019, since then I have completed the level 1 Restorative Yoga teacher training with Anna Ashby at Triyoga in London. Also in March this year following the completion of the Well-woman yoga therapy training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, I became a Yoni Shakti teacher.
My classes aim to create a calm and welcoming environment for women to enjoy a beautiful restorative practice, with yoni yoga woven into the teachings.
