I will also be hosting pop up yoga classes through out the summer in some of our beautiful surrounding outside spaces, so please keep an eye out for these.

Hatha Flow also known as Vinyasa, Meaning ' A flowing sequence ' Synchronizes traditional Hatha poses, breath and movement so they smoothly transition from one pose to another.

These class's move at a faster pace than traditional Hatha classes and are often set to music. It is usually best to attend these classes with some basic asana and sun salutation knowledge.

Yin Yoga is a much more restorative, passive practice which involves a variation of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue around the joints (Mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum and spine)

A wonderful practice for runners and climbers or anyone who has particular tight hamstrings.

I usually incorporate a combination of both styles within my classes.

Starting with a more vigorous Hatha flow to stimulate and create warmth in the body and then ending with beautiful restorative Yin poses to unwind and access our deeper connective tissue, all of my classes end with a deeply relaxing Savasana, or a nurturing guided relaxation.

My sequences are designed to leave you feeling refreshed and fabulous with a deep sense of inner connection.

Yoga is a journey to be embraced and enjoyed, I look forward to sharing some or our journey together.
