As a professional dancer Charlotte has always been interested in health, fitness, wellbeing and nutrition. She first discovered her love for Yoga in 2012 and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in London in 2017. Having spent many years performing internationally on various tours and onboard cruise ships, Charlotte is now back on dry land and the proud owner of Shadwell Studio. Charlotte aims to inspire and encourage you in her classes, whilst allowing you the chance to reflect and bring balance into your lives.
