Thich Nhat Hanh, a Zen Master, once said, 'Space is the symbol of Liberty'. I hope I can share the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, pranayama practice and Himalayan Singing Bowl healing with people in the community. These practices can create an inner space in everyone's mind where seeds of inner peace and joy can be cultivated and grow. I also hope that everyone who comes to join my classes can experience incremental positive transformations in their states of mind and physical bodies. Most importantly, spreading the joy of practising yoga with everybody in the community.
I'm trained as a Yoga teacher and a Himalayan Singing Bowl Healing Practitioner with Nepalean traditions in Hong Kong. Recently I have completed my training in Gong here in the UK.
