I chose to do my yoga teach training in Goa, India, as I wanted to learn from the source and emerse myself in the culture and philosophy of yoga. Since my initial training in 2018 I have gone on to do my kids yoga teacher training, Ashtanga and Yin teacher training. I am currently in the middle of studying a little more about Ayurveda and how I can incorporate Ayurveda practices into my classes. The effects that yoga has on the mind fascinates me as well as anatomy and the workings of the body. I try to make my group classes as personal as I can and share what I know and learn, to help empower others to deepen their own self practice.
