I started practising yoga regularly in 2010, mostly in a hot room, starting first with Bikram yoga in Dublin and then moving on to Fierce Grace in London in 2016. Whether a slow, deep class; an energetic, fast paced one; or even just a few sun salutations in my tiny living room, yoga always brings me a release in my mind or in my body and often in both.
Yoga has had a hugely positive impact on my life and has helped me learn and develop off the mat as much as on the mat. I graduated from Fierce Grace Yoga Alliance 250 hour teacher training in September 2018 and it is a privilege to be able to facilitate and help others with their yoga practice, whatever their reasons for practising.
