I believe Yoga and Ayurveda is about balance. We can integrate these ancient sciences into our daily modern living as a philosophy and way of life as well as exercise, diet and lifestyle. It’s not about restrictions but about living fully and vibrantly.
My love of yoga and ayurveda has evolved from a lifelong passion of self development and healing. Having first discovered yoga more than twenty years ago I have been teaching yoga classes, workshops and trainings for more than a decade.
As a natural extension of my interest and study in yoga I furthered my studies into Ayurveda. After 4 years full time study, including apprenticeships in Ayurvedic hospitals in India, I gained her BSc and PGdip in Ayurveda.
Today my passion is to share these ancient but relevant techniques of self care, healing and mindfulness. Techniques we can all implement into our daily modern lives to reclaim balance and wellness again.
I have been published in Om Yoga Magazine, Yoga Magazine as well as Mindbodygreen, Huffington Post, Ayurveda Next Door and mentioned in The Telegraph and Now magazine amongst others. I am a teacher trainer having co-created and being the course leader on YogaLondon’s Pregnancy Teacher Training Course.
