Overview

My name is Galina and I am a yoga practitioner, teacher and thai yoga therapist. I am a Mum of one boy who loves dinosaurs( just like Ross from friends).
Ten years ago I had jumped on the yoga wagon desparate to find some peace of mind and I did. When you  are in a dark place, anxious, depressed and you know in your heart there is a salvation, then yoga found me at the right time.
I started practicing at the local gym, then I found my really passionate yoga teacher-Saraswati.
I have done my first teacher training in 2017 and since then I teach constantly either online or at Park Community School (Wimbledon) or at different venues around London.
I teach hatha yoga,vinyasa flow, meditation, children’s yoga, pregnancy yoga & yoga nidra.

    Galina is a good teacher who gives students the confidence to tackle poses they once thought impossible. Class sizes are small enough to provide individual attention, and the classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced students alike. Galina manages to achieve the impossible each week – to exercise and stretch you yet also ensuring you leave calm and relaxed. I began with Hatha yoga and now also attend the Vinyasa Slow Flow, and thoroughly enjoy both for the different aspects they offer. It is a testament to Galina’s teaching that the classes always pass so quickly! (Galina has been a real lifeline during the Covid Lockdown, offering a full series of classes via Zoom.)

    Galina is a lovely teacher and a beautiful soul. I am very pleased with her classes - Hatha yoga and meditations. I am loving the outdoor classes too - it is a great experience, different.

    Galina is an excellent teacher. Her classes are energising and fun. I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have any weaknesses, which is really helpful. After each session I feel like I’d had a workout but also surprisingly chilled out!”Highly recommended!”

    I came to Galina's classes during lockdown as a friend recommended them to me. I have stuck with Galina rather than others as her classes flow well and her instructions remotely are very good. I have always felt relaxed and slept well after her classes and feel more fit and positive. Happy to recommend.
