I graduated from Fierce Grace Yoga Alliance 250 hour teacher training in September 2018 and it is a privilege to be able to facilitate and help others with their yoga practice, whatever their reasons for practicing. 

I started practicing yoga regularly in 2015, starting first with Bikram yoga in London and then moving on to Fierce Grace London in 2016. It helps to fight my depression and the unhealthy lifestyle that I was living at that time, yoga always brings me a release in my mind and a clear view on how should I treat myself physically and mentally.  

Yoga has had a hugely positive impact on my life and has helped me learn and develop off the mat as much as on the mat.
