Yoga has been a game changer for me, in my life. I owe my happiness and stillness to the practice of hatha yoga. Following a 6 year yoga practice, I decided that it was time to share my experience.
I took the next step and graduated from teacher training in March 2016. My primary training is in hot yoga, trauma and injury informed yoga. Although I teach to a general population, individuals with these needs can feel supported in my class. I now have 280 hours of teacher training and 1250 hours of teaching experience.
I am keen to create spaces for people to experience peace, through yoga, this is what I receive from my practice.
