I am a qualified Fierce Grace yoga teacher as well as a milliner, and have a background in hospitality, ballroom dancing and sport. 

I am a firm believer of combining my strengths and specialities in these various fields to improve everything I do. I take the calm learned from hospitality, the grace and elegance of dance and the patience and creativity of millinery and use them to influence my yoga teaching. I aim to create an experiential space through the use of music and ambiance that allows those I teach to leave every session feeling re-energised and revitalised on a bodily, mental and spiritual level.
