After working as head of music in a secondary school in London for 18 years, I left to follow a more holistic life in Ireland. I qualified as a meditation teacher and opened a studio called Soul Tribe Studio in the heart of the city. I recently qualified as a yoga teacher and I am teaching from the Soul Tribe studio.
