I had an epiphany a few years ago when my yoga teacher took a break and I was suddenly left without her guidance every week.  I realised that I couldn't be without my regular yoga practice and if I couldn't find someone else to guide me then I needed to learn how to guide myself. That was the beginning of my teacher training journey.  After stumbling across Limehouse Yoga and practising regularly at the studio with Jock Orton for a couple years, I made the decision to embark on my teacher training with them. I completed my 300 hour course in January 2021 with Jock Orton and Lucinda Pimlott.

I am passionate about yoga and even more so after my teacher training.  I love having the opportunity to share what I have learnt with others.
