Beryl teaches Yoga and Mindfulness to children in mainstream primary schools, also using Yoga as a therapeutic intervention to support children with SEN in that environment.
She has worked the Special Yoga organisation as a Teacher Trainer on their Specialist courses for ‘Teaching Yoga and Mindfulness to Children’ and ‘Mindfulness for Mental and Emotional Health and Resilience in Primary Schools’.
In her spare time Beryl teaches Children’s Yoga Days, workshops and festivals and organises a ‘Yoga Space’ for children at community and charity events.
Her mission is for all children to have Yoga and Mindfulness as part of their school day.
