I have been teaching Buddhist yoga since 1995, so over 25 years. In that time I have accumulated over 5500 hours teaching Buddhist Yoga. It is as a result of this training that I went on to become a Yoga Alliance accredited professional yoga teacher in 2020, having studied with Himalaya Yoga Valley under the tuition of our wonderful head teacher and Yogacharya Lalit Kumar (https://youtu.be/YjaLB1GBmlg). I have also trained with many other teachers in Hatha and Ashtanga, notably David Garrigues completing a number of courses including an Ashtanga teaching course. I teach paid classes of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga but I do not charge for Buddhist yoga (the Buddha did not charge for his teaching). However, donations are welcome from people who derive benefit from Buddhist yoga and want to support our Buddhist Yoga centre. I welcome and advise everyone to try Buddhist yoga at least once.
