My name is Orla, I done my teacher training under the guidance of Lynda Cregg at Skyblue Yoga Training School.I have been in the fitness industry for years as I'm a gym and fitness instructor taking kickboxing , spinning circuits and kettlebells so I've always been interested in being healthy and fit,I have also ran in marathons.I wanted to do something that would compliment my work and have always emphasized the importance of stretching before and after excercise.The natural progression was to go into yoga as I've got older and feel I need to appreciate my body more ,yoga offers so many benefits for both the body and mind and I absolutely love it.
