Qualified teacher in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Kids and Family yoga.
Trained in Goa, India, on an intensive yoga teacher training course which included an in-depth study into pranayama breathing techniques and meditation. Then went onto further study in Sydney to focus on kids and family yoga practices.
Currently teaching part-time alongside the day job and available for 1:1 classes.
