After practicing yoga for 5 years in December 2016 I decided to take the leap and join the  RYT 200 Hour Teacher Training Course. I spent a month in Goa,  in Mollem to be more specific, training with Vimoksha Yoga. It was an amazing experience at all levels. Graduation day was very emotional. Spending an entire month breathing, talking and doing yoga transforms your inner perception. There are no distractions during that month. I'm grateful to my two instructors Naveen and Sachin for everything they taught me. I'm now starting to share some of that knowledge with others. 

My approach to teaching Hatha is both spiritual and physical . Yoga means unite. The moment I step on the mat  that is when body and soul unite  again. I'm currently teaching in Marlow, Maidenhead, Cookham, Loudwater, Chalfont St. Peter
