After more than 30 years of practicing yoga I fulfilled my dream to become a yoga teacher in 2015 . Since then I have taught classes in India as well as the UK. Currently I am teaching classes at the WI in Marple Bridge and online. My motivation is to help people to experience the benefits of yoga and emphasise the fact that regular practice of Yoga leads to a healthier and happier life.
