I have completed two 200 hour teacher training. The first in 2012 with Kathy Ward, Mindful Academy International in the beautiful mountains of Spain and with Ian Davies, Orange Yoga. Most recently I have competed an in-depth study of restorative yoga with Anna Ashby.
