Welcome to Your Journey Yoga! 

I am so excited to introduce Your Journey (Yo Jo, for short!) Yoga, and to be able to start teaching yoga and relaxation in the Teesside area. 

I have just completed my yoga qualification at Abhinam Yoga School in Goa, India, where I was lucky enough to spend a month with a bunch of amazing people and teachers learning all about yoga and meditation. We covered many different aspects of yoga such as philosophy, anatomy, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and many styles of meditation. 

Yo Jo will be starting classes in Ingleby Barwick from January 2018. 

Tuesday 5pm - 6pm

Wednesday 10am - 11am
