Overview

This class is a moderate paced class, focussing on good technique, self care and restoration for both body and mind. The class incorporates Hatha and Vinyasa flow to create space and awareness, increase strength and control and deepen your connection to your practice.

Yoga is special to me because it  creates a link between the body mind and soul, it is through yoga that we find clarity and awareness. This practice opens the doors to both mental and physical strength and wellbeing, it's something we build upon day by day and the journey is completely individual and unique

Yoga has been a part of my life for 2 years after training in dance for many years. I found that yoga complimented my dance training and soon realised the positive mental and spiritual benefits of the practice. From there on in I completely fell in love with the happy vibes that yoga creates.
