After practicing both Iyengar and Vinyasa flow Yoga I decided to immerse myself in my Yoga practice for a month in the capital of Yoga - Rishikesh, India. This led to a deeper understanding of the practice of Yoga, and also to my 200 hour teacher qualification. This was a multi-style course where I experienced training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Yin Yoga. I have since continued with my own practice and am now ready to share my knowledge and experiences with students.
