I am honoured to teach the Yoga for the Special Child Programme pioneered by Sivakami Sonia Sumar. I have been teaching this programme to children with a wide range of Special needs, including my own son, for since 2006 and have seen first hand the benefits it brings to the health of the body, mind and soul.

I graduated  200 hours adult teacher training with Sivakami in 2015 and I now teach Integral Hatha Yoga to adults, although my primary focus is children.

I use the same teachings passed down from Sri Swami Sivananda to Sri Swami Satchidnanada to Sivakmi and I feel great joy in passing on these teachings to the everyone I work with, adults and children. We love to chant, breathe, do asana and deep relaxation together and bring all these practices into our daily lives whenever we can. 

I am partially based at SPACE in Chester, teaching parent/carer yoga and yoga for the special chlld sessions.

I am a karma yogi and and a Bakti Yogi. My faith guides me and I sing my way through the good times and the bad.
