Joanne is an experienced and motivational Trainer and Holistic Therapist who has been practising Yoga for the past 12 years. Training with Samballa Yoga in 2012.
Yoga has improved her physical fitness and renewed her zest for life. Joanne sees Yoga as a life enhancing practice that enables positive personal change and the ability to face life’s challenges more confidently. Joanne's classes are playful and nurturing, helping her students to be compassionate towards themselves and others on and off the mat.
