Overview

Karen is a yoga teacher, Registered Nurse, and an accredited teacher of Menopause Yoga. 

She helps women in all stages of menopause (and those who just want to know what’s coming!), to manage their own symptoms and mindset by working with breathing techniques, yoga and meditation.

Inspired by her love for the therapeutic value of yoga, her own menopause experiences and her nursing career, she brings western medical science together with eastern well being practices to empower women to take back control, and embrace this natural transition of life with optimism and confidence. Her classes and workshops and 1-2-1’s are for all levels of yoga including complete beginners.

In addition to Menopause Yoga Goodness, she runs weekly Hatha yoga classes for every bodies body shape and ability, enabling all yoga poses to be accessible. These are specifically for total beginners (you don't even have to own a pair of legging to come!)  

Gentle enough to relax and restore and uplift mind and body, yet strong enough to energize and strengthen. A combination of static and active poses with connective breathing techniques to ensure you feel the difference after your very first class.

A fun, empowering classes where people are encouraged to explore their own abilities and grow through their yoga experience by translating their class practice into their every days life activities.
