Overview

People often ask me when did I first start practicing yoga, but in all honesty I can't remember. It feels like I've been doing some form of yoga all my adult life.
Over the years I have tried Hatha, Yin, Iyengar, Bikram/Hot yoga, Kundalini, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Of all the different types of yoga, Vinyasa spoke to me most because it encorporates flavours of other yoga practices, focuses strongly on breath and movement together and allows room for freedom and adventure in class.
I qualified as a yoga teacher in December 2014 and that is when I truly started to learn about yoga..To me it has a magical quality that can bring about amazing transformations on a physical, mental and spiritual level and it is an absolute joy to help others obtain feelings of acceptance, well-being and peace.
To me that's what yoga is about - how we feel inside. It has been my saviour at difficult times in my life and I feel grateful every day for that.

My classes are fun, challenging and open to all.
