Yoga makes me smile, I aim to help the adults and children I teach smile a bit more too :)
I did my 200 hour teacher training at Orange Yoga, Cheltenham with the wonderful Ian Davis and an amazing group of yogis - I enjoyed every minute. I am now lucky enough to teach Vinyasa at the Om Yoga Studio, Overbury, run by Georgina, an inspiring teacher, I love her classes and her Nidra.
I completed a children's yoga qualification with Class Yoga and Helen Clare. I'm really excited about teaching yoga in schools. I'm also a qualified school teacher (PGCE), so hope to combine skills and experience to bring real yoga to children - I know how much it can help them.
