I trained with Keren Cooksey at Falmouth Yoga Space, completing a 300hr Tantric Vinyasa training in the summer of 2020.
I’ve practiced yoga for about 14 years years at the time of writing and am also a committed meditator in the Buddhist tradition, which informs my practice on the mat.
