I am twenty years a Physiotherapist and have had a hit and miss self yoga practice for the last ten years. My business is called Brightside Physio. Now I am a qualified yoga teacher, I intend to provide clinical yoga for my clients post acute condition diagnosis and management. I will be teaching at Lime House Yoga in the interim to build on my knowledge and experience.
