Teaching Yoga for 20 years, and still enjoying it as much as ever. I have specialised in pregnancy and postnatal yoga for the last 10 years and more recently, in kids yoga and family yoga. Many of my students come to me with injuries or conditions and work at their own pace, doing what is right for them. My core belief is that yoga is for all and everyone can find something in yoga that benefits them.
