Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow are complimentary Yin and Yang practices for mind and body. I teach both, having trained with the dynamic Kathy Ran at Yoga University UK and the legendary Yinmeister Bernie Clark at Yoga International. I believe every 'body' is a unique and beautiful creation and work with every individual to optimise their range of movement and connect with their inner self to bring strength, flexibility, healing and peace.
