Hello All!
I have been practicing Hatha Yoga for over 15 years with many masters in India. I gained my teacher qualification from the Samarpan School of Yoga and Tantra in Rishikesh, India under the tutelage of Swami Samarpanananda Saraswati who comes from the yogic lineage of some great yogis such as Swami Shivananda and Adiguru Shankaracharya.
My classes focus on a holistic approach to yoga with a balance of yogic postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation for an overall improvement in wellbeing. I teach students with varying abilities including children yoga.
