Having worked as a Fitness Professional in my 20's, including 4 years as Manager of the Westminster Gym at the Houses of Parliament in London, I have great experience and a true passion for helping clients to achieve a happy, balanced and healthy lifestyle.

I have practiced Baptiste Yoga for the past 9 years with the amazing Niki Perry and in 2019 she organised a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at "The Cowshed" with Brooke Hamblet from Texas. Brooke was a senior tutor on Baron Baptiste's Teacher Training courses in Hawaii and now has her own very well established Yoga Teacher Training School at INDIGO, Fort Worth - I've been so lucky to study and grow my practice with truly the "best of the best"!

 I love to teach Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga as I believe that it is a powerful yet adaptable yoga practice and therefore truly accessible for all bodies, ages and fitness levels. 

By holistically integrating your breath, mind, body and soul to the present moment, the Baptiste Yoga practice powerfully strengthens, heals, detoxifies and re-invigorates, enabling you to reach your full potential.
