I've been practising yoga since my teen, when my mother sent me to class in desperation. I have been fortunate to learn with some truly great teachers over the years and my teaching is based on the universal principles of alignment form Anusara Yoga. It was a total honour and great please to complete my teacher training with Claire Murphy, formerly one of only 2 certified Anusara teachers n the UK. I have completed mentoring studies with Brigitte Riley and am so grateful to all my teachers.

I teach 7 classes a week at Sunrise Yoga in Potterspury Northants, i specialise in vinyasa and restorative. I also love to teach 1:1s tailoring yoga to students specific needs. I also work part time for CAMYOGA, where I manage and teach on yoga teacher training programmes.
