Taking inspiration from nature and the environment around us, I feel privileged to be able to share this incredible practice with others.
I hope to bring yoga to my rural community and to offer classes within the corporate environment where I also currently work.
My classes will be breath led, flowing through various sequences and postures, accompanied by a harmonious soundtrack. They will aim to use breath and movement to draw connection between mind, body and spirit, cultivating stillness and empowering students to live their yoga beyond the mat.
